封面故事：封面故事：中国矿床成矿体系专家系统登录界面截图。该专家系统以成矿系列理论为指导、以《中国成矿体系与区域成矿评价》项目成果的管理和利用为研究目标，尝试性地将专家系统与GIS技术结合起来，在总结我国矿床成矿系列研究的基础上，开展集专家系统和预测评价体系为一体的软件系统研究。这项由中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所陈毓川院士和王登红研究员主持的研究成果，当选2010年度中国地质科学院十大科技进展，排名第四名。详见本期385-395页。（照片提供：陈郑辉）
Cover Story：Photo on loging in the expert system of metallogenetic series of ore deposits in China. The expert system of metallogenetic series of ore deposits in China is guided by the theory on metal-logenetic series of ore deposits aiming at the man-agement and utility on the achievements of the project ”metallogenetic series of ore deposits and assessment on regional mineralization in China”. It is a software system study about the expert system and prognose-assessment system based on the conclusion of the research on metallogenetic series of ore deposits in China and the attempt combina-tion of the expert system and GIS technology. The research achievement directed by Academician CHEN Yu-chuan and Prof. WANG Deng-hong, Institute of Mineral Resources, CAGS, ranks the fourth among “Top Ten Scientific and Technological Progresses of CAGS in 2010”.
