中文摘要:本文针对泉州市地下水资源的分布特点, 依据全国地下水功能区划分技术大纲, 选取了地下水系统中具有代表性的驱动因子、状态因子和响应因子, 综合地下水的资源供给功能、生态环境维持功能和地质环境稳定功能, 将地下水功能区划分为开发区、保护区和保留区, 并以完整的水文地质单元为基础, 以防止泉州地下水污染和海水入侵为控制目标, 依据地下水的生态水位阈值与产生环境地质灾害的水位阈值理论, 划定泉州地区地下水管理水位, 结合当地地下水资源特点及地下水管理与保护的实际需求, 借鉴国内外类似地区地下水管理的经验, 研究提出地下水红、黄、蓝管理分区, 为防止泉州市地下水污染和海水入侵以及指导地下水资源合理开发利用提供参考。 |

The Division of Groundwater Function Zones in Quanzhou |

Abstract:This paper focused on the distribution of groundwater resources in coastal areas, and filtrated the evaluating indexes of groundwater functions from driving, state and response factors according to the nationwide technical outline for the division of groundwater function zones. These indexes were combined with the groundwater resource function, ecological function and geological environment function. Based on the hydro-geological unit, the authors divided the groundwater function zone into development zone, protection zone and reserve zone. The groundwater level was the dominant factor under consideration in order to prevent groundwater pollution and seawater intrusion. A major concern in the ecological groundwater level and threshold level producing geological disasters was to define the groundwater management level in Quanzhou, and then the function zone was segmented by the corresponding administrative boundaries of the city. Based on the basic unit of the groundwater function, the authors put forward red, yellow and blue subareas for regional groundwater management. This study provides the guidance of practical significance for preventing groundwater pollution and seawater intrusion as well as the rational use of groundwater resources in Quanzhou. |
