| The Morphology and Taxonomy of Cycnorhamphus |
| Cycnorhamphus suevicus is one of the rarest pterosaur species known from the Upper Jurassic Solnhofen Limestones of southern Germany. The virtually complete holotype specimen was described by Quenstedt (1855) as Pterodactylus suevicus and rede scribed by Plieninger (1907), and a second incomplete specimen, which was destroyed during World War II,was described by Wagner (1858). |
