Geochemical characteristics of trace elements in the Wenglang structural altered rock type gold deposit of Guizhou Province were studied in this paper, and the following conclusions have been reached: ?The migration regularity of trace elements shows that sulphophile elements, such as Au, As, Bi, Pb and Zn, and siderophile elements, such as Ni, Cu and Mo, are brought-in elements, whereas elements like Nb, Hf and Sr are taken-out elements; ?There exists a positive correlation between Au and Cu, Zn, Mo, Pb, As. The correlation coefficients of Cu, Zn, Pb, As and Au are 0.82, 0.78, 0.77and 0.55, respectively. Therefore, such copper-bearing minerals as arsenopyrite, galena and sphalerite can serve as ore-prospecting indicators; ?R-style cluster analysis of trace elements shows that Au, Cu, Zn, Bi, As, Pb and Mo are of the same element association and reflect a polymetallic ore-forming stage. Gold ore and such minerals as chalcopyrite, arsenopyrite, galena and sphalerite were formed in the same phase; ④Alteration hydrothermal solution was a kind of fluid carrying metallogenic elements from deep-seated places. |
