Correlation between Chromium Contamination and Its Isotopic Composition in Natural Water
      As a major contaminant in water,the isotopic composition of Cr(Ⅵ)is sensitive to environmental variation.Due to obvious Cr isotopic fractionation in the oxidation-reduction process,the chromium isotopic composition in water can be used to indicate the reductive degree of Cr(VI)concentration in the water environment.Based on the study of the polluted water around an inorganic chemical factory in Huangshi City,this paper has discussed the chromium contamination and its relationship with chromium isotope ratios in natural water.
