Parameter Type of Sequence Genetic Dynamics and Its Significance
      As an important method, the parameter of sequence stratigraphy applied to the sedimentary basin includes macroscopic one and microcosmic one. The macroscopic parameter, as the general characteristics of sequence genetic assemblage combined with genesis-related sequence or sequence sets, includes component,figure,and superimposition succession. The microscopic parameter, as the indicator of a certain single sequence, includes sequence one and sequence boundary one. The former includes geometry, hierarchy, architecture, framework, and filling succession, whereas the latter includes boundary indicator, characteristics, nature, and type. Different parameters reveal different genetic backgrounds and reflect different dynamic processes and genetic implications. By means of the parameter and the significance of sequence genetic dynamics, the relationship of sequence stratigraphy to sedimentary basin and plate tectonics can be analyzed, and the genetic background and dynamics can be discussed. All this provides the basic data for the sedimentary basin dynamics.
