Application of the Neural Network to Microseismic Facies Identification
      Traditional seismic facies analysis can not meet the demand of current exploration and development in oil fields. Employed in high quality seismic volume, the neural network microseismic facies technology can analyze and train the seismic waves of one single event, establish model traces for classifying the seismic traces, and obtain high precise microseismic facies in both vertical and horizontal directions. Its application in the Xinchang gas field and the Tahe oil field has proved it to be reliable and efficient.
