| Application of Data-Sharing between Arc/Info and CorelDraw to the Construction of Graphic Database for Geoscience Transects in China |
| In this paper, the necessity of resource-sharing between Arc/Info and CorelDraw is discussed, and the method for constructing Graphics Database of Geoscience Transects in Arc/Info through the application of CorelDraw file is put forward. This technique was practically used in the management of the Geoscience Transects of the 3D structure database for Chinese lithosphere. The results show that, when the function of perfect drawing in CorelDraw and strong spatial database in Arc/Info is fully utilized, the efficiency of inputting data can be improved, and the management, inquiry, search and spatial analysis of graphics data of Geoscience Transects can be realized. |
