| Determination of Trace Uranium in High Purity Quartz by Means of ID-ICP-MS |
| A method called pulse-pressurized capillary column is used for preconcentration and separation of uranium, followed by determination of trace uranium in high purity quartz by ID-ICP-MS. Acid is used to dissolve the sample in an airproof vessel at a low temperature. The result of GSD-10 indicates that good precision and veracity can be achieved, and that the limit of determination is low (0.1 ng/g).Therefore,ID-ICP-MS is a good technique for determining trace element. |
