Multi-Source Geo-data Fusion and Its Application in Metallogenic Prognosis
      Data fusion is different from stacking in that the former is to optimize information while the latter is to display multi data in one layer.This paper has analyzed characteristics of geological data and challenges to the work of metallogenic prognosis from society and techniques, described the data fusion principles and the framework suitable to processing geological data, and discussed in detail basic data fusing means. It is indicated that the integration of target details and color structure has the advantage of expressing information in cartography if geological data are fused with image data. The paper also presents the steps and algorithm for realizing the fusion between remote sensing image and multi source geological data.
