Experiments on the Preparation of Mixed Salt with High-Content of Li2CO3 in Solar Pan of Zhabuye Saline Lake,Tibet,and Its Significance
      The Zhabuye saline lake produces natural lithium carbonate (Li 2CO 3), whose solubility decreases with the rising temperature. Nevertheless, the solubility of other saline minerals increases at the same time. Mixed salts in crystallization ponds of different structures have different contents of Li 2CO 3:field type 4.06%, MPES type 2.53%, FPFS type 56.43%. According to the above understanding, the basic train of thought and indices for controlling Li + have been formed: brine is frozen and evaporated in the solar pan, which makes Li + content of brine rise to the saturation point at the brine temperature. Then the temperature is raised without evaporation. After Li + saturation in brine, the controlling index is temperature.
