Isotope Chronological Studies of Late Yanshanian Volcanic Rocks in Northeast Jiangxi Province
      The Rb Sr, U Pb and K Ar isotope chronology shows that the time limits of the late Yanshanian volcanic rocks are from 91.7 to 128.3 Ma. Two magmatic cycles can be recognized, i.e., Shixi cycle and Zhoujiadian cycle. Their formation ages are 128.3~ 119.2±1.3 Ma and 110.8±3.2~91.7 Ma, respectively, quite consistent with the ages of two main uranium mineralization stages of the Ganhang tectonic and volcanic rock belt. This shows that the Uranium mineralization is closely related to these two magmatic activities.
