Geothermal Attributes and Characteristics of Warm Springs in Shandong Peninsula
      According to the plate tectonic location and the local heat controlling structure of Shandong peninsula as well as the theory of heat productivity of rocks, the geothermal attributes of warm springs in Shandong peninsula are discussed in this paper. It is held that these springs are of the low medium temperature geothermal system of convective type bordering on the high temperature geothermal belt at the plate edge. The local heat controlling structure turns the relatively high heat flow to its heat source. Under the influence of the topography, the meteoric water runs through faults in granite, infiltrates into rocks, circulates at depth, and continuously absorbs heat from wall rocks in the runoff process, and eventually turns into hot water. On such a hypothesis, the structural model of warm springs in Shandong peninsula has been set up.
