Effect of Geological and Geographical Environment of Engineering Characteristics of Soils
      As soil is the product of the nature,the property of soil is determined by the evolutionary environment.According to the geological and geographic setting, the evolutionary environments of soil can be divided into syngenetic environment, supergene environment and endogenic environment. Soil generally evolves toward the strengthening of nonlinear characteristics, such as differentiation, stratification, irregularity and mutation of soil structure and property. This research focuses respectively on the soft soil in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and the triangular area of southern Fujian Province, and the hard soil in Tianjin and Haikou, Heinan Province, with emphasis placed on the relationship between the evolutionary environment and the structural characteristics of soil.
