| Structural Features of Minhe Basin Viewed from Gravimetric and Aeromagnetic Data |
| Based on an analysis of gravimetric and aeromagnetic data, the authors revealed the basic structure,geometry and the corresponding geophysical features of the Minhe basin.Onsuch a basis, it is believed that the Yongdeng depression should be the deepest sag in the basin, and the exploration of oil and gas should be focused there. The thickness of distribution of the Jurassic in the depression were determined and mapped, which serve as important reference data for the coming petroleum exploration of the Jurassic in the region.In addition, the structural history and the characteristics of the sedimentary rocks in the basin are discussed in detail. |
