Isotopic Geochemistry of Geothermal Water in Wuyi Basin,Zhejiang Province
      Wuyi basin is located in central Zhejiang Province, in which there is a geothermal field about 25 km in length and 5 km in width. In order to assess the heat energy potentials and the exploitation prospects, this paper has studied hydrochemistry and isotopic trace of the geothermal field. From the hydrochemical analyses of geothermal water, the temperatures and the depths of the geothermal reservoir are estimated at about 80~110℃ and 900~1200 m respectively by means of SiO 2 and Na/K geothermometers. They are in agreement with the results obtained from the strontium and sulfur traces in the geothermal field. The hydrogen and oxygen isotopic traces and the tritium isotopic dating show that the source of geothermal water is related to the present meteoric water. However, it is derived from the meteoric water in the higher hill area (relative altitude>300m) near the geothermal field rather than from the surface water in the local area. The meteoric water permeates along the fracture zone into the depth, and becomes heat water due to the geothermal gradient and the circulated supply.
