Terrigenous Sequence Analysis on Early Tertiary in Biyang Fault-depression of Nanxiang Basin
      Biyang fault-depression experience three evolutional ph ase:Mesozoic pull apart, Paleogene rift , and Neogene downwarp basins. So it has in turn three basin-fill sequences and responding tectonic sequences, which we re specified by regional unconformity. Tectonic sequence Ⅱ(meaning Eogene) which is main sedimentary body in Biyang fault-depressed lacustrine basin can be classified into seven sequence sets,and every a sequence set has specified deposit ional system configuration.Hetaoyuan Formation (E h ), Eogene,a target of expl oration,can be further classified into twelve sequences in which the upper membe r of E h 3 includes three sequences which spanned 1.08, 1.40, 1.02Ma respect ively. From south to north, there lies fluvial fan fan delta lacustrine delta depositional system sequencely. The chorostratigraphic framework model of Biyan g fault-depression clearly shows basin formation and evolution history,and sedi ment-filling history,and distribution character of terrigenous sequence in time and space.
