| Structural Features and Analysis in the Zayü Area,Tibet |
| The Zayü area is a polyphase structural deformation z one.It underwent five phases of structural deformation and superimpositior.It o riginated mainly under the influence of the closing of the paleo-Tethys.After th e middle part of the Mid Jarassic,it was finalized and became an active continen tal-margin thrust-type fold orogenic belt.It is composed foursecond-order struct ure(formation)units and may be divided into four toctonic deformation facies wh ich form a deformation sequence in each tectonic unit. |
