Study of Numerical Simulation of Land Subsidence in Tianjin
      Land subsidence,having caused enormous economical losses,is the major geological hazard in Tianjin.The reasons that cause land subsidence are very complicated and varied ,but the chief reason is over-exploitation of groundwater.This paper mainly describes the mathematical model of land subsidence caused by the exploitation of groundwater,and provides scientific basis for controlling land subsidence. Based on the analyses of hydrogeological condition of Quaternary strata,the paper builds the concept model of hydrogeological condition and strata compaction,and sets up the corresponding quasi-three-dimension groundwater flow model coupled by one-dimension strata compaction model.The coupled mathematical model was revised and tested by the previous data of groundwater level and land subsidence.
