Early Paleozoic Sea_level Changes and Their Constraints to Developments of Carbonate Reservoirs in Qinshui Basin,Shansi ——An Example from Zhongyang County
      Sequence stratigraphic analysis from Zhongyang County indicates that the lower Paleozoic in Qingshui Basin is composed of two second order sequences,which is bounded by the disconformity on the top of Lower Ordovician Liangjiashan Formation .The form of second order sea_level change curves can be compared with those of other areas,whereas third order sea_level changecurves,defined on stacking patterns of parasequences,are of regional features and without global similarities.Third order sequences of the Lower Paleozoic in studied area are made up of transgressive systems tracts(TST)and highstand systems tracts(HST),and short of lowerstand systems tracts(LST)and regressive systems tracts(RST). Reservoir potential developed by mixing_zone dolmitization and following meteoric leaching of existed HST sediments during regression and lower sea_level time .Therefore,peservoirs potential are closely bound up with sequence boundaries .Being a major reservoir potential of this area,dolostones from the Changshan Formation of the Upper Cambrian upto the Liangjiashan Formation ,was created by dolomitization and meteoric leaching associated with third or fourth order sea_level falls,and its porosities and permiabilities were enhanced by karstification on the disconformity.The inter_and intra grain porosities of lightly dolmitized oolites of the Zhangxia Formation were also developed by alternative exposures during third or fourth order sea level fluctuation.
