It has been comfirmed in this paper that the Xinlinzhen-Xierzi Batholith and the Shuiquangou batholith were formed during the early Indosinian and late Indosinian, respectively, Petrologically, there is a quite large difference between the east part and the west part of the former, which are composed of medium-grained biotite granite and medium-to fine-grained biotite granodiorite, respectively. The Xinlinzhen-Xierzi batholith is totally characterized by a great change in Sio2 content, low content of norm Corundum or occorrence of norm Diopside, strong enrichment in LREE and very weak Eu anomaly. These show that this batholith is of the I-type granite formed by thr partial melting of igneous materials of the lower crust during the early Indosinian orogenic phase. |
