Abstract:Urban underground space is affected and restricted by the geological environment. Evaluation of the safety of the geological environment has become the forerunning problem of underground space development. After the geological resources investigation and regionalization of the Yinchuan urban area, the single factor of geological risk was analyzed, which was the earthquake, sand liquefaction, rich water sandy aquifer, soil bearing capacity and surface building load. Then, a comprehensive evaluation of the multi-factor of geological safety and risk in underground space development was done by employing Analytic Hierarchy Process and a more flexible multiplication scale method. The results showed that in Yinchuan urban area, the risk of high area was the smallest, accounting for 4.10%, and the moderate area at 19.69% and the low area at 41.07%. The very low area was about 35.13% of the urban area. It is a significant geological reference for Yinchuan urban area underground space development and construction. |
