| 中文摘要:全球矿产资源格局发生重大变化, 面对矿产资源安全形势复杂、资源家底不清、开发利用状况不明等问题, 有关单位开展了深入研究, 取得了一批重要成果。我们组织刊发了12篇文章, 组成“全量矿产资源综合评价”专辑。专辑包括全量矿产资源系统理论技术、重要金属矿产成矿规律与开发利用状况以及重要矿产资源产业链评价3部分, 本文将对收录本专辑的文章做简要介绍, 对客观了解我国矿产资源状况、勘查开发布局、资源全球配置和制定产业发展政策等具有一定参考价值。 |

| Full-scale Resources, Intelligent Evaluation, and Scientific Utilization:Guest Editor’s Preface to the “Comprehensive Evaluation of the ‘Full-scale Mineral Resources’” |

| Abstract:Global mineral resource patterns have undergone notable changes, facing complex issues, such as the safety of mineral resources, unclear domestic reserves, and unknown development and utilization status. Relevant units have conducted in-depth research and have obtained extensive and important results. We organized the publication of 12 articles, forming an album titled “Comprehensive evaluation of the ‘Full-scale Mineral Resources’”. The album includes three components: the systematic theory and technology of mineral resources, important metal mineral formation laws and development and utilization status, and evaluation of important mineral resource industry chain. This article provides a brief introduction to the articles included in the album, which have reference value for objectively understanding the mineral resource situation, exploration and development layouts, global resource allocation, and formulation of industrial development policies of China. |
