中文摘要:本文以山东省日照市蓝色经济区为研究区, 通过野外地质调查和室内综合分析, 选取场地稳定性、工程地质条件、地下水条件, 地形排水条件、地质灾害及其他因素6个一级评价因子, 构造活动、场地土类型、建筑场地类别等13个二级评价因子, 利用专家-层次分析定权法进行区内工程建设适宜性评价, 得到了相应工程建设评价分区图。评价结果表明, 日照市场地工程建设适宜性总体较好, 大部分地区适宜进行高层建筑工程建设, 占84.50%; 地下空间开发利用条件优越, 全区多数地区属于城市地下空间建设适宜区, 适宜性差及不适宜区主要分布在付疃河两岸附近和海岸附近、大型高速公路和铁路沿线一带区域及城区; 轨道交通建设适宜性良好, 小部分不适宜区主要集中在付疃河下游夹仓和小古镇一带及其沿海地区。评价结果可有效地服务于该地区规划布局、建设发展和工程选址, 具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。 |

Engineering Construction Suitability Evaluation of Blue Economic Zone in Rizhao City, Shandong Province |

Abstract:This paper takes the Blue Economic Zone of Rizhao City, Shandong Province as the research area. Through field geological survey and indoor comprehensive analysis, we selected six first-level evaluation factors (site stability, engineering geological conditions, groundwater conditions, topographic drainage conditions, geological disasters and other factors), and 13 second-level evaluation factors (structural activities, site soil type and construction site category). The expert-hierarchical analysis weighting method was used to evaluate the suitability of engineering construction in the area, and the corresponding engineering construction evaluation zoning map was obtained. The results indicate that the Rizhao market is well-suited for engineering construction overall, with 84.50% of the area suitable for high-rise building construction. Additionally, we found favorable conditions for underground space development and utilization, particularly for urban underground space construction. However, areas with lower suitability or deemed unsuitable are mainly situated near the Futuan River, coastal areas, major expressways and railways, and within the urban area. The feasibility of rail transit construction is high, with a few unsuitable areas primarily in the Jiacang and Xiaoguzhen regions, downstream of Futuan River, and along its coast. These findings can be effectively used for the regional planning, construction,project site selection, and offer significant theoretical and practical guidance. |
