中文摘要:细菌反硝化法是目前地下水中硝酸盐氮同位素分析的最新方法,包括反硝化菌的选取与培养、反硝化菌将硝酸盐完全转化成N2O气体、N2O气体的提取与纯化、N2O气体氮同位素测定。与传统方法相比,细菌反硝化法可分析低浓度微量水中硝酸盐氮同位素,且更为快捷可靠。 |

Bacterial Denitrification:A New Method for Nitrogen Isotopic Analysis of Nitrate in Groundwater |

Abstract:Bacterial denitrification is a new method for nitrogen isotopic analysis of nitrate in groundwater. Its process includes selection and cultivation of denitrifying bacteria strains, complete conversion of sample nitrate to nitrous oxide by denitrifying bacteria, extraction and purification of nitrous oxide, and isotopic analysis of nitrous oxide. Compared with the combustion method, the bacterial denitrification method can analyze nitrogen isotope of nitrate in trace amounts of water samples with lower concentration, and is hence more rapid, convenient and reliable. |
