中文摘要:针对日益严重的土壤污染问题,必须采用快速高效的方法对污染进行现状分析和预测警报,GIS技术正是解决问题的好办法。依据ESRI公司地理信息系统软件ArcView GIS的原理和方法,以北京市地球化学和重金属元素分布数据为基础,设计开发了北京市土壤污染预警系统。对其结构和功能做了详细介绍,对数据库的建立、界面的设计以及和其他应用程序的结合等技术方法进行了分析和探索。该系统具备数据管理、查询、分析预测、制图制表等功能,界面友好、形象、方便、易于操作和维护。系统的建立为北京市土地使用、防治土壤污染提供高效、科学的信息支持,从而提高土壤污染治理和决策水平。 |

The Design and Development of the Early Warning System for Soil Pollution in Beijing |

Abstract:In view of the increasingly serious problem of soil pollution,it is necessary to develop a rapid and efficient method for analyzing the pollution situation and forecasting future pollution, and GIS is just a good means to solve this problem. According to the method and principle of ArcView GIS produced by ESRI Company, the authors designed and developed the Beijing Soil Pollution Early Warning System based on geochemical data and heavy metal data. This paper describes the function and structure of the system, and discusses the construction of the database, the designing of GUI (Graphic User Interface) and the combination with other application softwares. This system provides such functions as data management and query, spatial analysis, forecast and mapping. Its GUI is friendly and is easy to use and maintain. The construction of this system will provide effective information support for pollution prevention of Beijing and improve soil pollution management and decision-making. As Beijing is a typical area, the successful development and application of Beijing Soil Pollution Early Warning System will serve as a good example of soil pollution prevention and control for other areas of China. |
