| 中文摘要:地层、岩石、构造、水形成了地球表部的地质环境。地质灾害是地质环境演化为另一新的有序的自稳状态的调整。文中从生态地质环境、生产地质环境和生活地质环境 3方面论述了河北省环境系统的基本组成要素 (地层、岩浆岩、构造、水 )的特征与分布 ,简述了系统中地震、泥石流、崩塌、滑坡、地裂缝、岩溶塌陷、海水入侵、工程建设、生活污染等主要破坏因素 ,指明了破坏因素的分布范围、隐患区段、破坏程度以及诱发灾害的特定背景 ,分析了防治地质灾害的措施和对策 ,并对工程系统、地质环境及其与人类的关系问题进行了思考。 |

| Abstract:The external environment of the earth consists of strata,rocks,structures and water.Geological hazard is the adjustment of the steady state of the environment to a new one. This paper discusses the destroying factors of the environmental system, advances the corresponding countermeasures, and makes consideration on the relationship of mankind to the engineering system and geological environment. |
