中文摘要:本文所研制的硅同位素标准物质为:GTB 1,选用震旦亚界长城系常州沟组石英砂岩中的石英;GTB 2,选用上海试剂一厂生产的高纯二氧化硅试剂。2个标准物质均按国家计量技术规范统一标准物质〈JJG1006 86〉的规定,用SiF4法进行了均匀性检验及定值分析工作。结果表明其硅同位素组成均匀,定值准确,并获得了GTB 1标准物质的δ30SiNBS28(‰)为-0.02±0.10,GTB 2标准物质的δ30SiNBS28(‰)为-2.68±0.10。经两年多的稳定性检查,硅同位素值无变化。

Preparation and Calibration of Reference Material for Silicon Isotope
Abstract:The reference material of silicon isotope in the paper is GTB 1 and GTB 2. GTB 1 is quartz selected from greyish white guartz sandstones in changzhougou Formation of Changchen System, Middle Proterozoic,and GTB 2 is the high purity reagent of silicon dioxide Produced by first Chemical Reagent Factory of Shanghai. According to the stipulation on reference material of metrological technical standard of state, homogeneity tests and certification analyses were carried out by using the SiF 4 method on 33 N samples of the totalsample unites at a weight of 10mg level. Based on variance analyses of the analytec data, the F tests show that all F values are smaller than the respective critical Fvalue at the given freedom. Homogeneity tests and certification analyses show that the silicon isotope composition of reference material samples are homogeneous, the certified value is puite accurate,and the δ 30 Si NBS-28 (‰) values of GTB 1 and GTB 2 are -0.02±0.10 and-2.68±0.10 respectively, The stability inspections through more than two years exhibit no significant change in δ 30 Si values.
