| 中文摘要:近些年来观察，渤海沿岸海蚀屡有增强，海滩变窄，浅滩、耕地缩小或消失，碉堡相继坠海，渔民被迫内迁，渔村被弃成废墟，临海村舍被冲，公路路基掏空，居民深感威胁之苦.据查证，主要是因修闸建库减少人海水沙，进而在海岸挖沙、毁堤等人为作用所致，但其根源却是干旱少雨之过.因此，防冶对策是：一节水、二改造污水、三增大重要复用水、四淡化和直用海水、五补给地下水、六要广泛植树造林增大人工降雨、七多向调水、八彻底改造黄河.以黄河为主干，构成多头、多尾、多腰的母亲河，形成全国水系联网，自行调节旱涝，化害为利，变化方干旱少雨为湿润多水，以便有更多的水沙人海，制止海蚀继续扩大. |

| Mechanism and Harmfulness of the Present Sea Erosions and Countermeasures in the Bohai Sea Region |

| Abstract:Observations in the recent years indicate the exacerbation of sea erosions along the coast of Bohai Sea beach narrowing, shoals and marshes shrinking and disappearing, shoreline-sentry-post subemerging coast village with drawing and littoral rocads undercut-ting, etc. Coastal residents are being threatened by the sea.
Albeit immediate cause of such coastal erosions are mainly resulted in anthropogenic forcing (constructing sluices and reservoirs, dingging sands and destroying ridges/dues along the shoreline), our investigations unravel that a primordial reason is the sustained aridity in north China. Therefore, proper countermeasures should include: (1) Economi-zing on water;(2)Purifying sewage; (3)Recycling industrial water;(4)Freshening and extending seawater use;(5) Replenishing groundwater; (6)Enhancing artificial precipita-tion; (7)Multi-oriented canalling and dispatching water; (8)Remaking the Huanghe (Yellow)River gradually connecting the River with the other big ones to make a nation-wide network. Thus, the huanghe River will behave as multi-sources, multi-tributaries and braid-tail-channel in order to effectively regulate drought and waterlogging and provi-ding enough water to the coastal region. Only by such comprehensive endeavours the exis-ting reservoirs would be gradually cancelled and great number of sand may input again into the sea to offset the coastal erosions. |
