| 中文摘要:本文将探讨采用环境系统分析方法，从保护地下水环境出发，把极其复杂的环境系统的结构、功能、影响和效益结合起来作为一个整体，通过由于城市发展、农业开发、以及自然环境的变迁等，对地下水环境系统的影响效应及其发展趋势，进行系统分析和评价，从而提出最有效、最经济、最优化的环境对策。对区域性地下水系统环境影响评价理论和实践方法进行了探讨。 |

| The Discussion of Regional Environmental Impact Assessment Method of Groundwater System |

| Abstract:In this paper, on the basis of discussing environmental systemanalysis method, proceeding from protecting groundwater anvironment and considering the structure, the function and the benefit of the extremely complex environment system as an entirety, the groundwater environment system as an entirety, the groundwater environment system im-pact and its evolution tendece caused by urban expansion, agriculture development and the change of natural environment were analyzed and assessed systematically, so that the most effective, economical and optium environment strategy was put forward.
The main content of this paper are as followings: the objective and the significance of regional environmental impact assessment of groundwater system; the application of anal-ysis method of environmental system; the assessment content of regional environmental impact of groundwater system (i.e. the analysis of the impact on environment caused by the exploration of water resource; the various water worts and the development and con-struction of industry and agriculture; the prediction of the change and its rule of regional geological environment and environment factors and the analysis of the environment strate-gy and management measure); the main stage of establishing assessment method of re-gional environmental impact of groundwater syster; the precedure of rigional environmen-tal impact of groundwater system and so on. Therefore, the theory and practical method of environment impact assessment of regional groundwater system was discussed. |
