It proposes a new schlme of classification and discusses the ways of classifying disputed mineral re-sources. This important implications to the rethinking of these mineral resources with the aim to pro- mote their multi-direction development and utilization .It points out that with the rapid advances inscience the uses of many minerals are under constant change and new areas of application emerge.
