| The Controlling Effect of the Earth’s Rotation Speed Variations on the Rhythmic Activities of Natural Disasters |

| Abstract:The motive force resulting from earth’s rotation speed variations may cause abnormal materialflows in the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere, thus inducing seismic, oceanicmeteorological and biological hazards. These hazards show close inherent interrelations and roughlyidentical rhythmic activities. This chracteristic feature is of great importance to the understandingof the occurrence reoccurrence regularity of natural disasters as well as to the synthetic disasterforecasting. |
