中文摘要:利用已有的一套真空装置(BrF_5法氧同位素分析装置),通过活动小系统交替上的方式进行了水的CO_2—H_2O平衡法,碳酸盐的18O、13C测试磷酸法,水的氧同位素分析金属锌法以及矿物结构水、包体水的同位素组成分析。对上述方法都用国际标准(V-SMOW、GISP、SLAP的δ18O值和NBS-18、NBS-19的δ18O与δ13C测定结果)检验了试验水平。其测定值与世界各实验室的平均值或推荐值在实验误差范围内基本上是吻合的。实践证明,应用一个真空实验装置进行氧氢碳稳定同位素多种方法综合测试是可行的。
 
COMPREHENSIVE TEST FOR STABLE ISOTOPE OF OXYGEN,HYDROGEN AND CARBON AND DETERMINATION OF REFERENCE SAMPLES
Abstract:By using an existing apparatus (originally used for oxygen isotope test with BrF5 method) and controlling a small mobile device, the method experiments, including method of oxygen isotope analysis of water by means of CO2-H2O equilibration, method of oxygen and carbon isotope analysis of carbonates with H3PO4, method of deuterium isotope analysis of water using zinc and method of deuterium-hydrogen composition analysis of water extracted from minerals, were conducted. Achieved analysis accuracy for the above-mentioned methods was checked with the international standards. The determined results on δ18O value of GISP and SLAP, and δ18O and δ13C values of NBS-18 and NBS-19 have been adopted in the report"Advisory Group Meeting on Stable Isotope Reference Samples for Geochemical and Hydrolo-gical Investigations"sponsored by IAEA in September, 1983. The test results from our experiments are essentially in agreement with the average or recommended values from various labs in the world within the systematical error range. The δD and δ18O values of NBS-30 obtained at our lab quite agree with those from I. Fridman and from T. B. Coplen in the report mentioned above. In addition, our result on the CO2 water oxygen isotope fractionation factor of 1.0417 at 25℃ well conforms with that from M. Majzoub in the same report, and the δ18O of NBS-28 well agrees with that from Y. Matsuhisa.The formulas for data management in the present work were deduced.A new approach has been suggested for testing the stable isotope of oxygen, hydrogen and carbon by comprehensive determination with various techniques using a vacuum apparatus.
