Structural Superimposed Halo Model and Ore-Prospecting Prediction for the Hongliuhe Gold Depositin Beishan area, Gansu Province
      The Hongliuhe gold deposit is a medium-sized deposit recently discovered through exploration in the Carboniferous Shibanshan Formation of the Beishan metallogenic belt. In this study, 393 drill core samples were systematically collected and analyzed to establish a structural superimposed halo model and guide deep prospecting and prediction. Correlation analysis reveals that the As–Au–Sb elemental association represents the main mineralization stage as a product of low-temperature hydrothermal activity. The ideal primary halo zonation sequence of the Hongliuhe gold deposit is Sb, B (front halo) →Au, As, Ag (near-ore halo) →Zn–Pb–Bi–Cu–W (tail halo). Based on this, one deep prospecting target was delineated for the main ore body, and drilling verification has added 1 ton of gold resources. This study provides important guidance for "exploring deeper and searching for blind deposits" in gold deposits within the Beishan region and for future exploration in new areas.
