| Abstract:This paper describes the concept of continental turbidite deposition system, its geotectonic setting, depositional features, factors controlling reservoir property, geophysical response and its relation to hydrocarbon. The aim is to provide a conceptual framework for guiding the recognition, interpretation and industrial mapping of geophysical data. |
