Abstract:This paper takes the Blue Economic Zone of Rizhao City, Shandong Province as the research area. Through field geological survey and indoor comprehensive analysis, six first-level evaluation factors including site stability, engineering geological conditions, groundwater conditions, topographic drainage conditions, geological disasters and other factors are selected, and 13 second-level evaluation factors including structural activities, site soil type and construction site category are selected. The expert - hierarchical analysis weighting method is used to evaluate the suitability of engineering construction in the area, and the corresponding engineering construction evaluation zoning map is obtained. The evaluation results show that the engineering construction suitability of Rizhao market is generally good, and most areas are suitable for high-rise building construction, accounting for 84.50%. The development and utilization conditions of underground space are superior, and most areas of the whole area belong to the suitable area of urban underground space construction, and the areas with poor suitability and unsuitable are mainly distributed in the vicinity of the Futuan river and the coast, the area along the large expressways and railways, and the urban area. The suitability of rail transit construction is good, and a small part of unsuitable areas are mainly concentrated in Jiacang and Xiaoguzhen area in the downstream of Futuan River and its coastal areas. The evaluation results can effectively serve the regional planning layout, construction development and project site selection, and have important theoretical and practical guiding significance. |
