封面故事:西藏铁格隆南勘探现场。3年来依靠理论创新, 研发了西藏多龙矿集区野外快速勘查评价技术方法,开展了深部找矿示范研究, 完善了班怒成矿带矿床成矿系列, 建立了西藏斑岩-浅成低温热液型铜(金银)矿床勘查模型并开拓了找矿方向。现已基本查明铁格隆南为千万吨级超大型高硫化浅成低温热液-斑岩型铜(金银)矿床, 是我国最大的铜矿床之一。这项由中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所唐菊兴研究员主持的研究成果, 当选2015年度中国地质调查局、中国地质科学院十大科技进展, 排名第四。(图片提供:唐菊兴)
Cover Story:Exploration site of Tiegelongnan deposit in Tibet. In the past three years, relying on theoretical innovation, researchers have developed field rapid exploration and evaluation technology and method for Dolon ore centration area in Tibet, carried out deep prospecting demonstration research, perfected minerogenetic series of ore deposits in the Bannu ore-forming belt, established exploration model for porphyry-epithermal copper (gold, silver) deposits in Tibet, and opened up prospecting orientation. It is basically proved that Tiegelongnan deposit is a superlarge high sulfide epithermal porphyry type copper (gold, silver) deposit with reserves at ten million level, and hence is one of the largest copper deposits in China. The research achieve-ment led by Professor TANG Ju-xing, Institute of Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences(CAGS), ranks the fourth among “Top Ten Geological Sci-tech Progresses of China Geological Survey(CGS) and CAGS in 2015”.
